​Please note that we do not accept any exchanges or returns on any of our candles and body care. For candle orders, please order a mini sampler before ordering any Collection. For body care samples, please contact us.

​If your items arrived damaged or if your order is fulfilled incorrectly, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please email info@ladyjluxuryscentedcandles.com, start a live chat, or contact us with your order number and details (a picture of the damaged or defective candle), and we will replace it for you right away.​​
