Returns & Exchange Policies
Please note that we do not accept any exchanges or returns on any of our candles and body care. For candle orders, please order a mini sampler before ordering any Collection. For body care samples, please contact us.
If your items arrived damaged or if your order is fulfilled incorrectly, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please email info@ladyjluxuryscentedcandles.com, start a live chat, or contact us with your order number and details (a picture of the damaged or defective candle), and we will replace it for you right away.
